Pink Warrior Advocates is dedicated to providing emotional support for individuals diagnosed with breast cancer.

Our founder, Jen Reynolds, experienced firsthand the need for a strong support system when she attended a "support group" after her diagnosis—only to find that she was the only one there. Realizing how crucial it was to have a community of people who truly understood the journey, she set out to create something different.

With the help of her dear friend, fellow breast cancer warrior, and then-Pink Warrior Advocates Treasurer, Stacy Gonzales, they launched the first TV Thursday in September 2019.

What is TV Thursday?
TV Thursday—short for "Trust and Vulnerability through breast cancer diagnosis"—meets on the fourth Thursday of every month. Unlike traditional support groups, these gatherings are designed to foster deep friendships and provide a safe, welcoming space to discuss real and meaningful topics. Our goal is to ensure that every warrior feels heard, supported, and empowered. The stories shared during these meet-ups inspire hope and help others find purpose in their diagnosis.

We understand that attending a group for the first time can feel intimidating, so we encourage you to bring a co-survivor—whether it’s your spouse, parent, sibling, or friend. They, too, can benefit from the emotional support and camaraderie shared among fellow co-survivors.
